Service and Reliability

Observation products are renowned for their reliability in operation. Bosch offers a three year warranty period on all Observation products from the date of purchase (picture tube and time-lapse heads are excluded for the second and the third year). In the event of failure Bosch offers a SWAP program for Observation products within the warranty period.We will replace (within the warranty period) your defective product by an equivalent product, free of charge (for Europe within 72 hours: For all other regions, contact your Helpdesk for details). Observation products, out of warranty will be repaired against a fixed repair tariff.
